工作职责：

·        Make site H&S comply with legal requirement. Ensure that the site complies with all national, local and Coats compliance.

·        Drive site H&S leadership and positive culture for department managers and frontline workers in whole business operations

·        Lead H&S peer review preparation, and make site operation to meet global H&S procure.

·        Establish, implement and maintain a site Health and safety procedures to achieve zero accident objective.

·        Establishing and Conducting hazard identification, and Task Risk Assessment (TaRA), and taking preventives action to eliminate or reduce risk. Conducting Management of Change (MoC)

·        Establishing and Conducting safety inspection/audit for unit and follow up relevant corrective action accordingly;

·        Performing injury incident and near miss investigation, identity root cause, and take corrective actions.

·        Developing and implement H&S procedures and Contractor safety and  PTW (permit to work) to manage risk at workplace.

·        Developing H&S culture through safety committee, safety inspection and audit, Shift Safety talk (SST), training, hazard reporting,

·        H&S system (Intelex) management.

·        When required, represent Coats in front of Govt offices.

职位要求

l   College or University graduate;

l   National Certified Safety Engineer

l   Good command of English both reading and writing, oral skills is preferred;

l   At least 5 years of Health & Safety management experience in a multinational manufacturing;

l  Proficient in computer skills, (Excel, Word, PPT, etc….)
