Main Purpose of the Position:
1. Establish and Improve Advance Quality Planning system
2. Cooperate with project manager during APQP from quality function, Check project status deeply- Not only checking papers, find potential risks of the project-not only quality risks, escalate deviations ba
3. Support and prepare document relative to quality during APQP
4. Collect customer special requirement for quality management
5. Participate trial run in factory and check / approve the sample test results at new project phase
6. Conduct sign off audit for new project
7. Handle quality internal and external issue during project phase
8. Close communication with plant quality engineer for smooth transferring
9. Drive AQ activities in ETO phase, meanwhile monitor project team member complete all tasks in time to avoid quality risk, elation is a must when necessary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keep tracking on launch quality performance for the projects and drive the continuous improvement
2. Close collaborations with manufacturing quality, plant quality engineers to serve customer on issues/projects
3. Lead customer complaints root cause analysis and problem solving
4. Use APQP/PPAP to lead new process & product change projects
5. Lead/facilitate customer audit/visit and follow up actions
6. Customer specific requirement gap analysis and work with cross functional team to implement
7. Lead the CSR/warranty agreement review on quality part
8. Other tasks assigned by Quality head/manager
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement
2. >4 years’ experience in Customer quality / Application service or equivalent position in industry company
3. Familiar with APQP/PPAP/ISO 9001/TS16949, 6 Sigma/Lean is an advantage
4. Good teamwork, communication skills
5. Self-driven, actively work
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (advantage)
